Today is world cancer day.... I'm not sure what that really means. But I do know what cancer means to me. Until recently it was something that happens to someone else. But apparently that's not true. It sees no boarders, no color, no age restrictions. It is relentless. But what is more relentless, is those who fight it. They are Warriors. Fighters. Heroes. They are expected to do an almost impossible task. I have always heard that the world needs a cure for cancer and I never truly knew how badly it is needed. I hope that I will see a world where that is a reality rather than a fantasy.
